2trde has made it its business to digitize the auction market for used cars. With 2trde, car dealerships receive a software platform with which B2B dealer auctions can be carried out individually. At the same time, used cars can be offered at several external auction platforms – with a single system. Customers benefit from significantly lower capital tie-up, much less administrative work, and greater reach through the multi-channel auctions. Leasing companies and car manufacturers can also benefit from 2trde. The digitalization of used car auctions not only creates more efficient and simpler processes, but ensures low capital tie-up and reduces vehicle wait time before auction from an average of 29 to 7 days.
The automotive sales tech start-up 2trde was founded in 2017 by CEO Johannes Stoffel and CTO Marcus Lankenau. The Munich-based company currently employs 15 people. 2trde has already convinced more than 380 customers and is supported by investors like Maniv Mobility and Axel Springer Plug and Play.
